Biography

Kevork was the third child of our family and the first son of our parents after two daughters. Kevork was the namesake of both of his grandparents. He was the pride and joy of our parents, given the tradition of an Armenian family. He was spoilt and cherished. Kevork was a child prodigy. He grew up to be a focused intellectual academic with entrepreneurial skills. He was a rare blend of technical expertise in mechanical engineering and executive leadership in the wine industry. He loved and cherished his sisters and their children.

As a teenager he started playing the piano and excelled at it without formal training. He played Beethoven and Rachmaninov every evening and enjoyed jazz music. He loved celebrating holidays and his birthday elaborately, with many guests, food, wine and music.

He was truly a larger-than-life personality.
